πŸ‘ Ingredients

1kg ( 5 cups) milk
1/3 cup rice - wash, soak for 1 hour
1/2 tin milkmaid
1/2 tsp saffron (kesar)
10 almonds-blanched and chopped
10-15 raisins- soaked in water & squeezed
Seeds of 2-3 green cardamoms (chhoti
elaichi)-powdered


πŸ‘Method

1. Microwave covered milk and  rice
    together for 9 minutes. Stir once.
    Microwave uncovered for 5 minutes.
    
2. Add milkmaid and kesar. Mix well.
3. Microwave uncovered for 10 minutes.
    Stir in between.

4. Microwave at 60% power for 5
    minutes. Remove from microwave and
   mash well with a potato masher or a
   Karchhi to break the rice grains.
   Microwave for 5 minutes at 60% power.

5. Add almonds and raisins. Cool. Add
    elaichi powder. Chill and serve.
