Sprout cutlet

*ingredients

½ cup sprouted white
Pean, boiled

½ cup sprouted brown
Bengal gram , boiled

½ cup sprouted green
bangle gram, boiled

2 tablespoon finely
Chopped fresh coriander
salt to taste

½ teaspoon red chili
powder

½ teaspoon chat
masala

½ teaspoon cumin
Masala

Oil for shallow-frying

½ cup bread crumbs

*Method

1. Combine the chopped coriander, white  peas, brown bangle gram, green bangle gram and salt in a bowl.
Mash well with a potato masher.

2. Add the red chilli powder, chaat masala and  cumin powder and mix well. Heat a little oil in a non stick pan.

3. Divide the sprout mixture into eight portions and shape them into small cutlets, roll them in bread crumbs and place on the pan. Shallow-fry till the the underside is done, flip over and cook till both the sides are evenly golden.

4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
