Spicy Moong Dal dhokla
*ingredients
1 cup skinless spilt green
gram, soaked
2-3 green chillies
2 tablespoon chopped
fresh fenugreek
2 teaspoon gram flour
2 pinches of asafoetida
¼ teaspoon fruit salt
2 pinches of sugar
2 teaspoons +
1 tablespoon oil +
for greasing
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon mustard seeds
10-12 curry leaves
*Method
1.blend the soap green gram in a blender with the green chillies and a little water. Transfer into a bowl.
2. Add the fresh fenugreek, gram flour, one Pinch of asafoetida, fruit salt, sugar, 2 teaspoons oil, salt and mix well to make a thick matter.
3. Pour into a greased thali and steam in a steamer for about 20 minutes. Remove, cool slightly and cut into pieces.
4.eat one tablespoon of foreign in a small nonstick Pan at the mustard seeds, curry leaves, and the remaining asafoetida. Make sentence for pour over the dhokla.
5. Serve hot green chutney.
