Sev batata Puri

*ingredients

24 Crisp flat Puri
(Maude ki papdi)

2 large potatoes, boiled,
peeled and chopped

1 small green unripe
Mango, chopped

Salt to taste

¼ teaspoon red chilli
powder

2 medium onions,
chopped

¼ kab green coriander
chutney

2 tablespoon red chili-
garlic chutney

¼ kab date and
tamarind chutney

1 cup sev

½ tablespoon chaat
masala

2 tbsp chopped
coriander leaves

*Method

1. Arrange the puri on a plate

2. Mix together the potatoes, green mango, salt and chilli powder

3. Place portions of the mixture On the Puri. Sprinkle the onions over the potato mixture.

4. Drizzle green coriander chutney, red chilli-garlic chutney and dates and tamarind chutney over the top. Cover the Puri with planty of sev.

5. Sprinkle chat masala and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
